How it works

Four steps between your question and the flight home. Two of them are yours.

You ask, and you approve. Concierra does the research and the watching. A licensed booking agent does the booking. About 20 minutes of your time, none of it on the phone.

1

Ask · 5 minutes

Start with the question you actually have. Concierra answers it, then asks for the four things it needs: dates, who’s going, where you fly from, and anything to plan around. Heights, a cane, a kid who melts at 2pm. Entered once. It becomes your family profile, and every plan is built from it.

One quick Google sign-in. No password, nothing to set up: just enough to keep your profile and plan tied to you.
No forms. Type it or tap a suggestion.
Is staying on-site at Universal worth it for four in June?
Concierra
Depends mostly on one thing: whether you’d buy Express anyway. Royal Pacific includes it for everyone at Studios and Islands; in mid-June that’s about $160 per person per day. To run your real numbers I need dates, who’s going, and where you fly from.
June 14 to 18. Marco 42, Dana 40, Sofia 11, Leo 7. Flying from Austin.
Concierra
Heights for the kids decide a lot of the day. Anything about mobility, sensory needs, or standing in lines I should plan around? And a ceiling for the whole trip, door to door.

Approve · 5 minutes

Concierra prices three hotels door to door: flights, room, tickets, Express, transfers, parking. Included perks are priced so you can see what they’re worth. Then one recommendation with one sentence on why, and one page with the total against your ceiling, itemized. A booking agent reads it before you do and adds what they know.

Change anything. Room, flight, transfer, add-ons. Each swap shows what it does to the total.
Nothing you didn’t ask for. Add-ons come with the reason from your profile, and come off with one tap.

Ask for a room near the elevators. Royal Pacific’s towers are long walks. I’ve noted it on the booking and I’ll set up the Assistance Pass before you fly.

We book · same day

You approve once and pay once. A licensed booking agent books the package the same day: airline, hotel, park tickets, transfer, and anything pending, like an accessible room the hotel has to confirm by phone. You get every confirmation number, linked to your park account.

Nothing is called booked before it is. You’ll see a confirmation number, or you’ll see pending.
One charge, one receipt. Every line, every fee, no surprises at the desk.

We watch · until you’re home

Every day, Concierra re-checks the price of your package, watches for rule changes, and books the windows the parks open: dining, passes, early entry. When a price drops, we rebook and tell you what you saved. In the park, you get a plan per day built around who’s going, and when a ride goes down, a replan that says what didn’t change.

Quiet by default. You hear from us only when there’s a decision or a saving.
Any time. Your concierge is there at 6am at the gate and at 11pm in the room.

Wait is posted 0 and it’s a mechanical stop, usually 60 to 90 minutes. Forbidden Journey is 25 minutes with your Express. Lunch and the 2pm indoor block don’t move.
Rule changeJun 3
Universal moved early entry to 7am on Epic days. Your plan already starts at 6:40.Nothing for you to do. The shuttle is 15 minutes earlier and the Nintendo plan is unchanged.
